Instant Strangers

Instant Strangers

A poem by Sydney Stone. I do not own the image.

***

Years of love had been for naught,

With a moment’s hateful thought,

Words unspoken went unheeded,

Banished by emotions deeply seeded,

A love we thought would be for life,

Torn apart in moment’s strife,

Who are you now, my once close friend?

However now shall our love mend?

Captured the emotions of betrayal and despair in a relationship beautifully!
