Who are we who dabble in fear?

As the shadows draw ever near,

Light the torches,

Light the pyres,

Let the flames climb ever higher,

Bring the Hunchbacked malcontents,

Bring the witches with noses bent,

Let them roast,

Let the simmer,

Let the fires feast on their gristle,

See them dance and hear their screams,

Behold them forced upon their knees,

Contorting shadows, demon’s flight,

Take up your torches,

Banish night!
